We found the same fern but identified it as the deer fern. What were the characteristics of this fern that made you to believe that it was a Bracken fern. We also found the lower right unidentified plant and couldn't identify it either. Maybe it is not native to Washington and was transplanted in the park.
I also found Thuja plicata but mine looks slightly different than yours. Mine was greener, more triangular, and was less tightly hugging the stem. Mine looked more like the one found by Megan and Gretchan.
It's interesting to see that we both went to the same park, but came back with totally different samples.
